About Us

The American Workforce Coalition (AWC) was launched by CWI Labs in January 2022 to build a national movement supporting America’s 60 million older workers. We educate stakeholders on the critical role older workers play in the success of American businesses and communities. We identify approaches that equip older workers with the skills they need to be successful. And we convene leaders and innovators to build scalable solutions to the challenges faced by unemployed older Americans, especially discouraged workers attempting to reenter the labor force.

Our members include the most influential organizations providing job training and placement to America’s 60 million older workers. Together, our member organizations represent more than 560 years of experience connecting American businesses with work-ready older Americans.
